New client intake.
A few minutes now so your first session starts on the right foot. It also helps me see whether we are a good fit, and puts you first in line when a spot opens.
Where things stand
This is a small, one-on-one practice and it is often full. I keep a short waitlist and make room for referrals and for people who are clearly a good fit. Filling this out is the best way in, and you will be among the first to hear when a session opens.
What this is, and is not
I offer structural integration, fascial bodywork, and movement and Pilates education. This is hands-on and educational work, not medical care. It does not diagnose or treat disease and does not replace your physician. I work best alongside your medical providers, not instead of them.
The investment
Most change happens over a short arc of sessions, not a single visit. I do not bill insurance or provide superbills, though many clients use an HSA or FSA. Payment is due at the time of service.
