The 12 session series, explained start to finish.
Twelve sessions, in an order, each one opening a territory and setting up the next.

People ask me why it takes twelve sessions and not one. The honest answer is that your body did not get its pattern in a day, and you cannot unwind a whole structure by pressing on the sorest spot. The twelve series is a planned sequence. Each session has a job, and each one earns the next.
It comes straight out of Ida Rolf’s work and the Anatomy Trains lineage I trained in. The order is not random. It is the difference between rearranging furniture and actually changing the floor plan.
The three acts
The series moves in three phases. The first sessions open the surface, the sleeve of fascia closest to the skin, so your breath and your outer layers can move again. The middle sessions go to the core, the deep structures around the spine, pelvis, and the line through the center of you. The last sessions integrate, tying the new freedom into how you actually stand, walk, and live.
Skipping ahead does not work. You cannot reorganize the core if the surface is still locked, and you cannot make change hold if you never integrate it. The sequence is the medicine.

Why the order makes it last
Because we change the structure in a logical order, your body has time to adapt at each step. By the end you are not balanced on top of an old pattern. You are settled over a true vertical, and your nervous system has learned the new shape as home.
That is why the relief holds for months and years rather than wearing off by the weekend. We did not chase the ache. We rebuilt the thing the ache was sitting on.
You did not get your pattern in a day. We unwind it in an order that lets your body keep the change.

Not everyone needs all twelve. Some people come in for a focused three session arc on one pattern. But when someone wants the whole structure addressed, this is the journey, and it is the work that changed my own life.
- The twelve series is a planned sequence, not twelve random massages.
- It moves through three phases: surface, core, and integration.
- The order lets your body adapt and hold the change.
- A shorter three session arc is an option when you only want one pattern addressed.
