Structural Integration

The 3 session series: targeted relief.

One thing you want sorted. Three focused sessions, a real experience of the work.

A three session series focused on a single targeted region of the body
Three sessions, one pattern. A focused arc, not the full journey.

Not everyone needs the full twelve session series, and I will never push you toward more than you need. If you have one specific thing you want addressed, the three session series is often the right call.

What it is

Three focused sessions on a single pattern. Each one is ninety minutes, and together they give your body a deep, real experience of the work, enough to get acquainted and to make a genuine change in one area.

It is also a good way to find out how your body responds before deciding whether you want the full structural journey.

Even a focused arc follows the line, because the pattern is rarely just where it hurts.

When the full series makes more sense

If your pattern is whole body, or several things are tangled together, three sessions can open the door but will not finish the job. In that case I will be honest with you and point you toward the twelve. After the first session I usually know which one your body needs.

A real taste of the work, focused on the one thing you came in for.

Either way, you leave with something that holds and a clear sense of what is going on.

The short version
  • Three ninety minute sessions focused on a single pattern.
  • A real, deep experience of the work without the full commitment.
  • A good way to learn how your body responds.
  • I will point you to the twelve series if your pattern needs it.
